Men's Basketball

• Blinn earned its first Region 14 victory of the season on Dec. 3, a 79-76 triumph at Coastal Bend.
• In two games last week, the Buccaneers scored 79 and 72 points, giving them 72 or more points in eight of their 10 games this season.
• After recording 17 points against Coastal Bend on Dec. 3 and 24 against Paris on Dec. 6, sophomore guard Dashawn Ceaser pushed his career best double-digit scoring streak to 10 games.
• Caesar is averaging a career best 19.2 points per game.
• Freshman guard/forward Ian Sedah tied his season-high with 18 points to go with 11 rebounds against Coastal Bend for his second double-double of the season.
• Sedah attempted nine free throws against Coastal Bend, the most by any Buccaneer this season.
• Against Coastal Bend, Blinn recorded 20 assists, tied for its second-highest total this season.
• The Bucs' 12 turnovers against Coastal Bend tied its lowest total of the year.
• Blinn's 20 offensive rebounds against Coastal Bend were its second most this season.
• Across Blinn's 10 games, eight Buccaneers have accounted for 36 double-digit scoring efforts.

Women's basketball

• With four victories last week, the Buccaneers have won five consecutive games, their longest streak since winning six in a row between Nov. 13-26, 2024.
• Sophomore guard Jasey Campbell recorded a season- and career-high 19 points in a 79-40 victory over Western Gulf on Dec. 7. Her previous career-high was 11 points, scored against Coastal Bend on Jan 29, 2025.
• Campbell has scored 10 or more points in seven contests this season after recording just four such games during her freshman season.
• Sophomore guard Mariah Houston dished out six assists against Western Gulf to tie her season high.
• Sophomore guard Taylor Spencer corralled a season- and career-high 10 rebounds in a 63-42 victory over Western Texas on Dec. 5.
• Freshman forward Sami'ya Mahr recorded the first double-double of her career when she tallied career highs in points (10) and rebounds (14) in a 79-24 victory over Lone Star -Tomball on Dec. 6. Both totals were season highs for Mahr.
• Mahr's double-double was the second of the year for the Bucs.
• Blinn pulled down a season-best 65 rebounds against Lone Star-Tomball, including a season-high 35 offensive boards.
• Also against Lone Star-Tomball, the Bucs registered a season-high 46 attempts from the 3-point arc and a season-high 89 total field goal attempts.
• The Bucs blocked a season-high six shots in a 77-43 victory over Dallas College Cedar Valley on Dec. 3.
• Eleven Buccaneers have produced 35 double-digit scoring efforts through 12 games this season.

Men's Soccer

• On Dec. 5, Blinn sophomore midfielder Sam Sebagabo was named to the United Soccer Coaches Junior College Division I All-American team.
• Also on Dec. 5, Sebagabo and freshman defender Malikai Fry were named to the United Soccer Coaches Junior College Division I All-West Region first team.
