Blinn College baseball would like to invite you to attend the Blinn College Baseball ID Camp for prospective athletes. This workout will provide you the opportunity to showcase your talents to the Buccaneer coaching staff. Our coaches will evaluate players in all positions. The camp is open to current high school players grades nine through 12, high school graduates, and college transfers.
2025 Camp Dates
Saturday Nov. 1 or Saturday, Nov. 22

Registration time and format are the same for both dates
9:30 a.m. – Catchers, Infielders, and Outfielders
1 p.m. – Pitchers (Catchers, please remain for the pitching session)
According to NJCAA Rules Section 1 Article VI D, a college may conduct no more than (2) tryout/auditions per sport per academic E. A college may conduct no more than one tryout / audition per prospective student-athlete per academic year, You are only allowed to attend one of the two tryout dates we are hosting F. A prospective student-athlete must have completed his/her junior year in high school to participate G. A prospective student-athlete must have valid verification that he/she has had a physical exam administered by a qualified health care professional licensed to administer physical exams with in (1) year of tryout/audition I. Tryout / Audition per individual must not exceed (2) hours.
Please bring
- A copy of a current physical exam (within the last 11 months)
- Tryout Evaluation Form filled out completely (turn it in at registration)
- A $100 tryout fee (Cash only)
- All personal baseball equipment, water, food, snacks, etc
- A signed waiver (if you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form)
Areas of emphasis for Position Players
• Timed 60-yard dash and times to 1B • Evaluation of arm strength from defensive positions • Evaluation of defensive actions • Evaluation of offensive abilities in batting practice
