Entry deadline: Wednesday, Oct. 15 at noon
Entry Process and Fee: All entries must be submitted online through Direct Athletics. Search: “NJCAA Region XIV Championships”. Each coach of competing individuals/teams is responsible for entering their own athletes. $125 per team/gender ($250 for both men and women). Entry fees must be paid through Direct Athletics prior to the entry deadline.
Team Entry Limits: Unlimited entries
Parking: Coaches Meeting & Packet Pickup: Course Inspection: Meet Schedule: Both spectator and team parking will in be the student parking lot of Brenham High School (see attached map). Please enter the Brenham High School parking lot from N Park St (not FM 2935).
Meetings: There will be a coaches/officials meeting at 4:15 pm on Saturday, Oct. 18, at the awards area adjacent to the finish line. Coaches will be able to pick up team packets with bibs and pins. Each athlete will be assigned a specific number and two bibs. The large bib with the pull tag will go on the front of the uniform (DO NOT PIN THE PULL TAG AT THE BOTTOM). The smaller number will go on the back of the uniform. Please be sure that each athlete’s number is visible on the front and back of the athlete’s uniform. Final competition and course information will be covered in the coaches’ meeting. The course will be open for inspection and warm ups at 4:00 pm on the day of competition.

6:15 p.m. – Men’s 8000m Championship (SEE COURSE MAP HERE)
7:15 p.m. – Awards Ceremony (women, followed by men)
