Antreanna Brooks

Antreanna Brooks is in her third season as a Blinn College assistant women's basketball coach.

In 2022, Brooks was named the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches Women's Junior College Assistant Coach of the Year after the Buccaneers posted a 31-4 record while winning a second-consecutive Region XIV crown and reaching the NJCAA Division I Women's Basketball Championshop tournament for a second consecutive season.

Brooks was a graduate assistant coach at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla. for two years before joining Blinn this year.

Brooks, a native of Tyler, Texas, played basketball at Northeastern State for three years (2017-20) before joining that program as a graduate assistant.

After graduating from high school, Brooks attended Collin County Community College (2015-17), playing on two North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference championship teams. Brooks was named the conference’s defensive player of the year for the 2016-17 season.

She earned a master of science degree in kinesiology and a bachelor of science degree in Health and Human Performance, with a minor in communications.
